9 Businesses In, I’ve Realized I’m a Great Architect but a Shitty General Contractor. Seeking a COO.

I have started nine different businesses over the years and most of them were collaborations. Looking back I have realized that my highest value is as a technical architect and innovator rather than an administrator. Currently I am a college student engineering solutions in fields like photonic transistors and artificial intelligence but I hit a specific wall because of my ADHD. I can build the entire framework for a company in an afternoon and solve complex technical problems that stop others in their tracks but I struggle to manage the repetitive tasks that keep a life and a business running. I am looking for a partner to essentially act as a COO to manage the CEO.
This is a collaboration and a partnership where we both get our hands dirty. I am still willing to do the grunt work when necessary but I want to remove as much of it from myself as I can so I can stay focused on the innovation that drives our value. I need someone to handle the infrastructure like talent sourcing and research and logistics while I provide the strategic roadmaps and technical blueprints. In this dynamic you are managing the operational flow of my life and our projects so that the high level engineering actually has a path to market. Strategy does not mean anything without execution and execution is aimless without a clear strategy.
I am a college student and I am starting from a lean position so I am not wealthy yet. However I am resourceful and I know how to use government programs like the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to provide a starting wage of fifteen to sixteen dollars an hour. The real reason to do this is for the fractional ownership. For the duration of our partnership you will be entitled to a percentage of all profit and income generated across my entire portfolio. That includes real estate and software and hardware patents. You are building a stake in every project we touch instead of just working a job.
There are a few hard requirements for this. You need to be over the age of 18 or between the ages of 16 to 18 if you have an impressive resume. Live on the east coast of the USA. If we move forward you will also have to take a personality test and two separate IQ tests. I would prefer if you had examples of past projects that required actual managerial initiative but that is not a strict necessity. My role is to set the course based on the technical vision and your role is to manage the operational reality and ensure we keep moving. Everything we do will be protected by a mutual NDA and a formal contract to ensure both of our interests and intellectual property are legally secured.
Why partner on this?
* You earn a percentage of all revenue generated across the portfolio including AI and real estate and hardware patents.
* This is a peer-to-peer relationship where we seek mentorship together from third-party experts to level up the entire operation.
* We utilize state-subsidized programs to ensure a base wage of fifteen to sixteen dollars an hour while we focus on scaling the equity side.
* You have the autonomy to build the systems and manage the logistics as you see fit because you are the COO.
* Both parties are protected by formal contracts and NDAs so the partnership is professional and transparent from day one.
* This is an opportunity to put your name on high-level technical and industrial projects as a founding operational lead.
If you want to be the COO to a high output innovation engine and you are interested in a partnership built on equity then let's talk. Terms are negotiable for the right person because I value high initiative and a synergistic dynamic above everything else.

Looking for roommates that are locked in on life.

I’m a 22 y/o Computer Engineering junior at UCF looking for a room in a decent house near campus. I’m trying to keep rent between $450 and $650, but I'm willing to go up to $800 for the right setup.

I’m ideally looking to live with other STEM majors, entrepreneurs, or guys who are highly ambitious and locked in on their goals. I'm pretty laid back, but I want a living space that supports actually getting things done, so I'm trying to avoid a 24/7 party house or coming home to the living room being hotboxed every afternoon.

As a roommate, I’m quiet and actually enjoy keeping a clean space. I don't mind handling chores and will randomly wipe down common areas, mop, or organize things. Full transparency on the dishes: I might leave a pan in the sink for a day if I'm wiped out from classes, but I always get to it, I'm quick to clean up if someone nudges me, and I make sure the kitchen is reset by the weekend. I'm not a neat freak who complains about every little thing, in fact I don't particularly care if others clean up.

As for lifestyle stuff, I'm cool with people drinking or smoking, though I don’t smoke right now. I don't have any pets, but my girlfriend’s cat does occasionally visit when she stays over. I always make sure to vacuum and clean up after it so it never becomes anyone else's problem.

Outside of school, I spend most of my free time training MMA, working on my car, scaling my tech and business projects, or just working out. Overall, I'm just looking for solid, driven guys I can be friends with, or at least live peacefully with like adults. Hit me up if this sounds like a good fit.

Would this be something people would be interested in… I’m looking for housing and this seems like a cool option.
