Why is Overwatch back?

As an OG OW1 player I hated OW2 because most of the things promised never happened and it was during the downfall of Blizzard before Microsoft.

Recently I keep seeing creators play OW and streamers saying the game is better now. Can someone explain to me why it's better?

Or is it that people who never hated the game are just glazing it?

Struggling in top 4

Preface, I haven't played in years so this set feels very different for me. Every time I reach top 4 I struggle so hard to climb. Even my best game so far I placed 2nd but the first place player stomped me even though I basically had the perfect luck. Multiple 3 star champs and all the best in slot items too.

The other thing is, I always run out of items in the late game. I played in the old sets where carousel was still a thing and bench items actually ran out of space. You can't hoard or lose streak like you used to either because you get punished much faster.

All tips appreciated.

I quite liked this episode

I haven't liked the videos lately where JJ is on a panel judging or reacting. The parents actually made me laugh in this one though. Quite surprised I would like it because the title/thumbnail didn't attract me.
