I was recently on a United flight and grabbed the flight attendant credit card offer for explorer which includes 5k extra miles when you use their code. 85k total with the added authorized user.

But the standard deal (non-FA offer) now includes the Silver status for the year (80k points total). I have about 12 more trips this year so I’d like to have that.

Do y’all think the bonus miles or silver status is better? I also get more miles when I book under silver status, so maybe it will pay me back anyways…

Would love your thoughts! Or if you know a hack to get both. 😁
