Not receiving texts or calls unless I am connected to WiFi
I have searched far and wide for an answer to this. But I can only find situations where the opposite is true (other people aren't receiving texts/calls over WiFi).
Basically I switched to AT&T and upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S25 earlier this year. I have an active cell service that I pay every month. But I CANNOT receive any texts or calls when I am disconnected from WiFi/relying on cell towers. I'll be driving and people are trying to reach me but I don't get anything. I'll show up to where I'm going and then I'll get an influx of texts messages and missed call notifications.
I have tried toggling WiFi calling on and off, airplane mode, resetting my message settings. Nothing. I didn't have this issue with my previous carrier and phone (Spectrum and Samsung Galaxy S21). I don't know what's going on. So far I haven't noticed an issue sending texts or calls, it's just receiving.
I either HAVE to be connected to WiFi or use my data in order to receive messages. And I don't have the unlimited data plan so that is not possible for me to do 24/7.
Any help would be appreciated.
