  30. Max Iheanachor: C- Meh.
  31. Kayden McDonald: B+. Really cool

The Seahawks should not draft Mike Washington Jr.

Mike Washington Jr. has skyrocketed up draft boards since the combine, with some mock drafts having us take him as high as 64, and I can see why: 6'1" 223, 4.33 40-yard dash, 1.51 10-yard split, 39" vertical, 10'8" broad jump. He's a freak athlete for sure and had a great 2025 season at Arkansas, but in my opinion he has way too many red flags to be taken anywhere in the first three rounds of the draft.

When I watch Washington's film, his vision is pretty mediocre, he has 0 lateral agility and he doesn't break tackles nearly often enough for someone of his size. He has great burst but that's about it. If I had to describe Washington, he's like DK Metcalf as an RB. He has the athleticism but has no idea what to do all that. It also took him until his 5TH YEAR in college to break out, historically has had problems with ball security (15 career fumbles) and isn't a great pass blocker. Oh, did I also mention he's going to be a 23 year-old rookie?

I wouldn't take Mike Washington Jr. anywhere before Day 3.

Sleeper RB: Rahsul Faison

I've been watching some of RB Rahsul Faison's tape out of South Carolina and I really like the way he runs. 5'11" 208, doesn't have breakaway speed but very shifty and runs with great vision, patience, contact balance and physicality. Also has great hands and is competent in pass pro which gives him utility on all 3 downs. Dare I say he would be a day 2 pick if he wasn't 26 years old, but we only really need an RB until Charbonnet gets healthy. Would be a very nice addition to the backfield as a late Day 3/UDFA target that can contribute immediately.
