I see a lot of people saying we fumbled the expansion draft (I'm not here to confirm or deny that). What I'd love to see is the roster everyone would put together if it was 5 years ago. Obviously there is a ton more nuance since this exercise doesn't involve salary cap or free agent signings. It's also known that there wasn't much other GMs were willing to trade. There are some names that were available but no shot we were taking them (ie Ovi or Landeskog) but I'm still curious who all we think we missed.
