Questions for Heavier/taller riders

Have you done any mods or upgrades to make the ride more comfortable, have better acceleration, or make the Navi safer for your size?

I'm 6'7 270ish

I will be quite a bit larger than the average Navi owner, but I've read some great posts and comments from larger riders in this sub, so I know the bike I capable of handling my daily tasks.

I've seen a ton a videos detailing all of the common tire, seat, and air intake upgrades, but I'd like to see how these are being implemented for someone my size

I'd like to know if there are any "simple"/at home adjustments I can make to better suit me.

Finally buying a Navi. Would like help sending realistic offers

I'm currently looking at 3 used options and 1 new.

I'd like to get a solid price without scaring sellers away with low balls. What are people actually letting these go for used?

Additionally, there's a motorcycle shop in NH with (18) 2023 Honda Navis on sale for 1200. The dealer responded to my inquiry and told me they are 2000 OTD. $800 on dealer fees for a bike this cheap seems insane, especially because they have been sitting for years.

Has anyone been able to get a lower OTD

From the screenshots -

1800 is the average I'm seeing them listed for in my area. Are these prices fairly or can I send them an offer that's a few hundred dollars lower? Both have around 600 miles on them

Edit: I bought the unmodded Navi for 1500.
