What should the solution be here?
This buyer has been rude for days now claiming I lied about the day I dropped off the item because tracking didn’t update. I shipped in 4 days which is longer than I’d typically like to ship but still within depop guidelines. She received the item today claiming there was damage during shipping. I mailed the wallet it a bubble mailer and then wrapped it in a couple layers of tissue paper. I’m waiting on photos of the wallet, but what is the solution here? The item was sold for $10 after I accepted her offer so I could just refund her to not have to deal with this, but I have a feeling she’s lying to get the item for free.
