I do so much worse with a new stunt group

I was recently doing tryout training for cheer and I noticed I do way worse with a new stunt group. With my old group I was doing switch ups to the top, ruby slipper to extended lib, plank ups, etc. With the new group I was in we could only hit 3 straight up extended libs. Stuff I could do with ease with my old group feels so difficult now. I have hit extended libs with many different groups so I might not be the problem with that one, especially considering both of my bases have never based before, but I was also receiving so many corrections so maybe I am. Everything just feels harder, my bajas, my full cradels. I just feel like a bad flyer honestly because it's stuff I should be able to do. I know that I might not always be the problem but I just always feel like it's my fault. Does anyone else experinace this? How do I fix it?

Encounter at my grandparents house

A little background, me and my sister slept at my grandparents house numerous times and we have always had an off feeling sleeping there, like unsettling. My grandparents house is in the city and in a safe neighborhood, i have no idea what the history of the house is. The night before this happened me and my sister both had a rough sleep and were extremely unsettled.

The night it happened it was about 1am. We were hanging out in my grandparents basement. The way My grandparents basement is set up is so the TV is facing the stairway. The stairway is quite narrow, with walls on either side. When I was sitting on the couch i saw shadows moving on the wall by the TV infront of where the staircase was. I chalked it up to my sister moving, even tho it didn't make sense that it would be her because where she was sitting would not line up with where the shadows were moving, and her movements and the shadows didn't line up. This kept happening so I asked her to move her arms again. She did and the shadow didn't move. I said that I saw something moving and i thought it was her, and she said she saw it too. We both stared at the TV and I saw a white hand in the reflection reach out from behind one of the walls on the side of the staircase and start waving. I said that I saw and hand and she said she saw it too. Also important to note that the TV was off. We went to bed after this and we never saw the full body. This is the only time I have experienced something like this.

It is also important to note that my grandparents house is very loud and creaky, especially when people are walking. Small steps from upstairs sound like stomping from downstairs, and my grandparents room is upstairs, so if one of them came down to scare us, we would have heard. We didn't hear any footsteps at all. Me, my sister and my grandparents were the only ones staying there that night. No one believes us when we say we saw this. Does anyone have any idea what we saw?

In Canada, particularly the part that I'm from, level 7 is the most popular divison (in terms of worlds teams and the final goal/cheer dream). It is the division that athletes work to get in, and it is the goal division. People work their entire lives to get to level 7. But also where I am from there is mostly level 5s and 7s for worlds level teams, not a lot of level 6s. My question is, why in the US is level 6 the most popular division, and it seems to be the goal level. Absolutely no hate the cultural difference just confuses me because in Canada people want to get to the highest level possible, wheras in the US a lot of people seem to stop at level 6. Also in level 7 so much more is legal, and its a lot more challenging. Idk if I worded this right but i hope someone can explain. Again absolutely no hate the US level 6 teams are absolutely insane and I love them.
