My diet is mostly concerned with macros, I'll have the minimum amount of food/calories I can eat while still hitting 100g of protein a day, usually around 1300cal?
My next door neighbor is a 3x black belt and literal sensei. He is training me and we are going for "muscle mommy" status. We lift heavy at least 3x a week and I do Pilates type stuff a few times a week.

* Body fat %: 32.9% → 25.9% (-7.0%)
* BMI: 26.0 → 23.1 (-2.9)
* Visceral fat: 10 → 6 (-4 levels)
* Subcutaneous fat: 23.5% → 18.5% (-5.0%)
* Fat-free body weight: 108.5 → 106.8 lbs (-1.7 lbs)
* Muscle mass: 101.2 → 99.7 lbs (-1.5 lbs)
* Skeletal muscle: 60.6 → 59.5 lbs (-1.1 lbs)
* Waist: 30.5in → 27in (-3.5 in)
* ~88% of weight lost was fat
Not sure if I want to continue cutting or just working on recomposition and gaining muscle.
