Help a baby shifter out??
I discovered shifting a while back, I can’t really remember the exact year. Nonetheless, I attempted shifting shortly after learning about it. Whenever I engaged in shifting, I was able to feel some sensation (tingly body, white and black and white in my vision.)
Unfortunately, I was unable to maintain this state due to a loud noise that caused me to snap out of it. Now a couple years later, I am attempting to get back into shifting. i do have the basic knowledge regarding it. (creating scripts, understanding safety rules, shifting methods, and meditation), but the only problem is that i’m not exactly sure if the methods i’ve tried for shifting is actually working or not. Not only that, I am aware of the fact I will have to meditate or try to do it but I really just don't know how. I always feel tense and can't focus which becomes a problem. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, or tricks that could help me in my journey?
