Hi! I’ve been really enjoying some thriller books recently. Ward D by Freida McFadden was my favourite and then The Silent Patient (although it’s got a murder in it, I feel like the mystery was more about why she was silent, so I enjoyed it)

Could anyone suggest me more books that have thriller/mystery/suspense, where I’m trying to figure out what on earth is going on but not a murder mystery?
