Is this a good offer? Will they waive the annual fee for the first year?
They are also offering 15,000 bonus Avion points too if want to upgrade. I currently have the ION+ Visa and the points earning structure with multipliers on that card is really good, rendering this offered card without much of a use to me. But if they're waving the annual fee, can I upgrade and get the bonus points and downgrade back to ION+?
