Question for slow responders

For context: I’m 57, I have autoimmune diseases. Fibromyalgia, possibly lubus (in the diagnosis stage) chronic inflammation, pain, and fatigue. I was on tirz for 2 years with no weight loss. But, the inflammation relief was crazy good. So several months ago, I decided to stop tirz. I switched to reta . I am at 5 mg. I did add back 2.5MG of TIRZ for the inflammation relief.

On to my questions.

Anyone else have these issues and lose weight on Reta?

If so, How did you do it?

Do I need a higher dose?

If you’re a slow responder and you lost weight, at what dose did you start to see results?

How long should I stay at a dose before moving up? And I’m talking about past the four weeks. I’m talking about long-term.

Any insight, and assistance is appreciated. Thank you.
