i gasped when i saw him and instinctively took a picture at the speed of light to capture this timeless beauty

his name is Oats (almost 4 months old), here he is in all his roundness… he looks like a BLIMP with eyes and im worried for his comfort and health 😭 he has the same food as his three cagemates, yet is the only rat ive had get this robust so quickly? my older boys have never been this chunky especially at his age but his brother is a bit smaller than him though and they are the same age ofc which is what got me concerned

i did some physical tests and his belly is definitely jiggly unlike the others but i wasnt sure if ive just been body shaming him or not lmao so please anyone that has a good eye for this let me know if i should be cutting out the extra treats for him 😭😭
