I was previously on zepbound injections. I got to 7.5mg and so no changes and minimal reduction in food noise. The shots were bothering me psychologically more and more each week and I am pretty sure I started sabotoging myself. I took some time off and me and my dr agreed to start with the pills this time. My hope, beginning with the 1.5, is to just hear less noise. To have a fighting chance. Thats all. 👍
