Enjoyed my JDD the last couple nights while camping. It’s that time right after dusk and into the night where this watch really stays bright when your eyes adjust. My buddy was like, dang your watch still glows this late? I was like yup, it will be this bright for many years. I said the lumed watches will be bright at first but after a couple hours, tritium is much more appreciated. Now he’s looking for a watch with tritium. 😂

A buddy liked my wingman I had in my tackle box. He showed me his old Leatherman. I was like, that’s cool, I don’t have an older model. He said you want to trade? I said sure, I grabbed several of these when they were on sale one year for $29.99 at Home Depot.

It was made on 0596, looks like a PST II, but it doesn’t have a marking of what model it is. I thought they had pocket survival tool or PST II embossed in the handles? The file has the fish hook groove, but I thought someone did it themselves as it’s a wavy groove (pic makes it look better than it is in person).
