Where can I buy old villa/izba?
Hello! I am interested to buy an old villa or izba and renovate it making it our holiday escape home for me and my husband. I am not interested in fancy developer projects or gated community as I want privacy and something where I won't have community gated restrictions. i would consider something in Dubai or Al ain. I checked real estate platforms but they only have developer projects. I am just starting to research about this. What would you recommend and how much in average would this cost?
