Curious if these types of Bluetooth ear hooks exist?

TLDR;

can attach a quick connect/disconnect cable or has an adapter to attach to existing iem cable to allow it to do so to the Bluetooth ear hooks and has replaceable batteries?

Extras;

generally only like to use 1 earbud to be aware of my surroundings in public, but when I'm sitting down or waiting in line/for food at restaurants, I like to be able to play my games with zero latency.

keep finding the cable getting caught on things which is annoying (jacket zipper, cinched by seatbelt or sling), kind of awkward to leave one iem hanging off my ear (although allows quick insertion for when I get to sit down or wait) since I imagine hanging it on my shirt or constantly connecting/disconnecting the right iem constantly whenever I want to use both would cause wear on the connections.

having the option to not need a cable and only 1 iem at a time also allows for more versatile use and would probably use my iem more while also being able to quickly switch to no latency wired whenever I want.

would also increase the lifespan of my TWS abit too if I limit it only for work/working out.

perfect TWS would be no latency Bluetooth (i believe some gaming headsets have this?) sound quality on par with kilobuck iem, usual TWS durability since no need to worry about sweat or fragile pin connections and replaceable batteries for longevity. I feel like it shouldn't be impossible to make with current technology? could probably fit all this in a clip on ear style iem hybrid (outer clip on shell to fit as much gear in it as you can with usable replaceable battery, ear hook security, iem style nozzle)

Curious why this usb c cable wont work with my phone -> accessories, but only works if plugged in through a power source?

bought this cable specifically for my s23 to use with my usb c DAC and iem since its a little hard to find a robust mini usb c cable that"ll fit my phone case port and would have been perfect, but it won't connect/power, and only works if plugged through a power source and powered usb hub. shouldn't the phone count as a power source too since my DAC uses its battery to work? (and also just found out you can charge other phones with your phone through usb c lol)

Kinda tired of these maple leaf construction workers that always speed and tailgate in the city even when doing 10 over speed limit but you have a turn coming up so you can't get out of the way right away

curious what would be the best course of action to get them to have some consequences so they stop being a hazard in the city? Will calling their workplace with their license plate do anything? Currently don't have a dash cam though but they always drive like that around 550am in a silver pick up truck (of course), so not hard to catch them again.

Connecting usb c to usb cable with usb c converter to dac?

hi, was wondering if there would be any reason why I wouldnt be able to connect my phone to the USB c then connect a USB c converter on the USB to connect to DAC?

theres only a handful of mini USB c connectors that actually fit on a phone with a case, and some are 80 bucks for some reason? weird how alot of the mini USB c cables look like their meant for phones without cases judging from how bulky the connectors are.

the rolling square mini USB c to USB c would have been perfect and the only one I've seen that would probably actually fit a phone with a case while also being less than 15cm, but sadly out of stock and who knows how long it"ll take (wonder if it sold out because of headphone dacs lol), which brings me to my question.
