Hi everyone,

I’m looking for detailed insights on the ISB Young Leaders Program and would really appreciate inputs from those who have applied or are currently enrolled.

Specifically, I wanted to understand:

1. What exactly does the program offer in terms of learning, exposure, and opportunities?

2. How competitive or difficult is the selection process?

3. What is the approximate CAT cutoff (or safe percentile) for shortlisting?

4. How many seats are available in the program?

5. What is the acceptance rate, especially for general category applicants?

6. How are the placements after completing the program?

7. From what I’ve seen, ISB doesn’t have a fixed cutoff and follows a holistic process, but I’d like to know what realistic benchmarks (like CAT percentile) people have seen.

Any firsthand experiences, tips, or honest opinions would be very helpful.

I am working in UL Solutions, which is a US based company in certification and Safety Sciences. I want to pursue an MBA but idk which country to choose from. There are no responsibilities on me right now, so I am confused whether to do an MBA from INDIA (IIMs) through CAT or USA B-schools through GMAT.

About myself I am 24M working for roughly 3 years in Software, Automation and AI.

Many of our company’s leaders have done their MBA from US but there also are a few from IIMs

I’m stuck.
