Hyrox Customer Service
Does anyone have insight on reaching someone at customer service? I’m based in the U.S. and set to compete May 14 in Canada, but long story short my Women’s Doubles partner doesn’t seem fully committed and I’ve tried for a week now to get ahold of someone. I’m able to log in, but there’s nothing under “My Orders” but already have my QR code ticket stored in my AppleWallet. It’s pretty strange.
I’m about to lose the 31-Day full refund option and gone so far as DMing Hyrox Canada on IG, using the customer service link, and emailing both HyroxUSA and HyroxCanada. I’ve received a response via email, and it just sends me back to the original online link. I’m at a loss as my plane ticket is non- refundable would hate to come all the way to Ottawa for nothing. Hopefully someone can help!
