Sleep/fatigue

I developed dysautonomia symptoms about 25 days ago after an unknown virus. My biggest symptom is debilitating fatigue and unrestorative sleep. I got to bed and fall asleep fine - between 9:30-10, but I wake up between 5-5:15am without fail and my sleep is always non restorative. Feels like I slept maybe 2 hours.

Plus, I’m so new in this journey that I’m totally overwhelmed. I just want to not feel tired anymore.

Anybody have anything that helped their fatigue and sleep?

Every food is a trigger….literally

Everybody talks about a low acid/bland diet. I tried, but literally every single food is a trigger. Even plain chicken, green veggies, rice. Is it a situation where the “safe” foods bother you too until you’re healed? That doesn’t sound right it me.

Otherwise I’m not sure what to do.

The sheer number of nervous system and brain retraining exercises and programs is so overwhelming. Does anybody have a “go to” strategy or list that they use? I know it’s never once size fits all.

What do people mean when they say rest rest rest? I know what pacing is, but do people mean lay in your room in the dark all day every? No tv, phones etc?

I’m about 4 weeks post virus and 2 weeks into the fatigue and I just want the best chance to get 100% better.
