Not gonna lie, I experimented on so many pour overs+flash brews with this bean before I finally found my favorite way to drink it.
10/10 can recommend if you encounter the Rosie Cheeks yourself and it happens to be a sunny day.
P.S. I used to hate the concept of dirty lemonades but now love it for the floral/herbal beans I don’t like in v60.

I know the kombucha world is filled with use your taste buds vs ph strippers (get your mind out of the gutter).
I’ve been making kombucha for about a year now with my taste buds, but kinda want to nerd out with journaling the recipes and how they turn out based on different controls.
So give me your favorite and LEAST favorite ph strips you’ve encountered.
I’m a social scientist by trade so nothing too fancy please, I’ve heard some chemists who make kombucha still prefer strips over digital readers.
Also, I’m in Sweden so online options are fine, but EU-wide brand recommendations are preferable. I like buying things in person when possible.
