Airports should have a swap station where departing passengers can trade their full-size liquids with arriving passengers’ travel-size ones

You’re about to go through security and you forgot your shampoo is 4oz. Instead of tossing it, you drop it at a swap station. Meanwhile, someone who just landed and is heading to an Airbnb with no toiletries picks it up for free. They leave behind their half-used travel toothpaste, which the next departing passenger grabs.

It’s the circle of toiletries. Everyone wins. TSA stays happy. Landfills get a little lighter

Most people don't know about these cameras. Educate your community with a sign.

I made a free printable poster and a simple explainer site designed to go up near camera locations: whatsthatcamera.org

Someone sees the sign, scans the QR code, and learns what the camera collects, who approved it, and how to push back at their next council meeting. Fully legal, open source, no tracking.

Informed neighbors end contracts. El Cerrito did it 3-2.

LPT: Cancel your subscriptions the moment you sign up.

Most subscriptions let you keep access for the full billing period even after you cancel. So the move is: sign up, immediately cancel, and enjoy the whole month (or year) without worrying about forgetting to cancel later.

Worst case, you love the service and just re-subscribe. Best case, you saved yourself from paying for something you forgot existed three months from now.
