Hope It's Worth the Free Breakfast...Oh Nvm

Planning a Bora Bora trip with the wife for our 15 year anniversary this summer and came across this. This is comical. Mind you, the Expedia price includes free breakfast.
$3,217 difference...I hope the $100 property credit is worth it.

Points Boost Nerfed for CSP/CIP?

I apologize if this was already discussed, but I just realized that I am getting 0 results for hotels with Points Boost feature on my CSP and CIP. I just did 3 different date searches for Orlando, FL and got back 0 results for Points Boost. Every hotel listed is at 1cpp. Then I did a search in New York for Feb 12-15 and 0 results as well.

Did Chase nerf Points Boost for CSP/CIP?

Trying To Understand the CSR $75K Spend for Explorist

I am currently a Globalist until Feb 2027, but unfortunately will not have the sufficient spend/stays for the remaining of this year to maintain Globalist status all of next year.

However, I have a question regarding the CSR and the $75,000 spend to get Explorist.

If I understand it correctly....if I spend $75,000 this calendar year, I will gain Explorist status for the remainder of the calendar year after I meet the spend and all of next year.

Now...after my Globalist expires Feb 2027, does it mean I automatically receive Explorist after the expiration + 30 EQN credit posted to my account? Or is it just the Explorist status with no EQN?

$695 AF vs $65 AF

3 nights in Aruba, July 2-5.

1 King limited view bedroom.

$1,000 cheaper on Costco Travel, which ALSO includes a roundtrip airport transfer (easily a $75-80 value at minimum, most likely more)

Furthermore, the free cancellation is 10 extra days compared to The Edit and just a $200 deposit required by Costco, not the full amount up front.

So remind me again how far the free breakfast value, $250 credit and $100 property credit goes in this particular booking ?

What’s the point of The Edit again?

All I did was check Expedia to compare pricing.

Both free cancellation and refundable same date. Expedia even offering to pay at check in date with no deposit required.

SAME EXACT ROOM (King Bed Chamber)

$274 cheaper is wild.
