The first 3 images is what I sold. The last image is what they "claimed" I sent them. I chat to an Ebay agent (pretty sure it was A.I) as they said some things repeatedly, like a broken record. Am I screwed either way?

A seller buys 2 of the same Pokemon cards from me. Said they didn't realise they ordered 2, as they were bulk buying a lot of Pokemon cards the other week. They put a return in for "just didn't like it"
Are buyers entitled to claim a return for accidentally buying a second of the same card? Cause, I don't think that's right.
