Commenting on LinkedIn is more powerful than posting!!

Most people spend hours writing posts and get 200 impressions.

Then they leave one specific, thoughtful comment on a founder's post and get 50 profile visits in a day.

The algorithm shows your comment to everyone who sees that post. If the post has 10,000 impressions, your comment potentially reaches all of them.

But most people comment wrong. Their comment sound Ai with 0 personality.

The comments that work are the ones that add a new angle, a disagreement, or a specific experience. Something that makes people click your name to find out who said that.

I've seen a single comment pull 80,000 impressions for a client. No post that week came close. And I have more such examples.

If you're not getting traction on LinkedIn, stop writing more posts. Spend 1 hour a day leaving real comments on the right profiles. See what happens in 30 days.

To be honest, it's irritating at this point.

They talk about Case studies of other founders, general industry insights, follow trending formats without the founder's voice.

Somehow a post on Genz has become a weekly thing for them while talking about their team. No other angles just the same Genz mindset post.

And I am talking about well established founders of successful brands, some even went to Shark Tank India.

There are no founder opinions, failures or real life updates.

The few that hit different? You can actually hear the person. Not a template. Not an agency/freelancer writing it. Those a breath of fresh air.

Am I the only one noticing this or are founders around you also just posting polished stuff with 0 personality?

Found a candidate a few weeks ago. Seemed passionate, had 1.5 years of experience. I was ready to train her, go slow, let her adjust.

Gave her 2 tasks. LinkedIn engagement for 2 profiles. 2-3 hours of work a day, max. Time-bound because engagement has a window.

Never completed it on time. Not once in 10 days. I was always the one following up. She never reached out on her own.

Called her one day for a task update. She said it's not working out because she doesn't wake up at 11am.

I was shocked but also wanted to laugh!!

Thank God it was a trial month and she didn't waste my time.

Is finding good talent just this hard right now or is it just me?

I recently had a call with someone. They have their outreach system setup manually. Hired someone who does all the work and even provides reports. The reply rate is 40%.

They used some tools in the past but eventually figured that manual outreach is way better and gets them replies.

What do you prefer?

This is a full-time, remote role.

We work with founders and brands on personal branding, social media strategy, and content. You'll be managing client work end to end — LinkedIn personal branding, Instagram content, calendars, engagement, research, and client communication. You'll collaborate with a team of designers, editors, and an SEO expert.

Experience with outreach campaigns — for clients or for business development — is preferred.

What we're looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content, or branding. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices. Organised, self-driven, and comfortable on client calls. AI tools should already be a regular part of how you work.

We care more about your portfolio than your years.

The role includes a paid trial period. Starting CTC: ₹3L per annum, with growth based on performance.

To apply, send your portfolio and resume to kasish@onfleekmarketing.in

Recently I am getting some leads asking for daily posting. I was dealing with the same question in 2020 as well...

The algorithm punishes daily posting for personal brands.

If you post twice in one day, you split the engagement between them. Post 3-4x a week with 18-24 hours between posts.

Better distribution. Better reach.

Sounds counterintuitive. Works every time.
