Does anyone know what kind of leica this is and from what year? My sister got this from our grandma and it was her fathers

our dog went to the vet for suspected allergies and they gave her a vaccine and told us to give her haf of a zenrelia with her dinner. this is the aftermath

UPDATE: The vet said that she thinks the allergic reaction was a mix of her previous allergy (the reason she went to the vet today in the first place) and whatever she reacted to in the vaccines. and NOT the zenrelia, she says even though zenrelia is labeled as unsafe to mix with vaccines that it doesn’t actually have any reaction with vaccines. She shared that “We” (I don’t know if she meant my state or the US) are the only place who has zenrelia labeled as unsafe with vaccines and they are going to get rid of that label in July. (she did say she was concerned that our vet did not mention that to us beforehand) The vet also told us to have our primary vet space out the vaccines and pre-medicate them with diphenhydramine. She thought her eye swelling was because of her itching herself and accidentally scratching her eye but after an eye exam we discovered that was not the case. She also gave us prednisolone to have her take for her reactions. Thank you to everyone who responded it was incredibly helpful!

TL;DR: Emergency Vet said the reaction was not to zenrelia and rather one of the vaccinations, and told us next time to have our primary vet space out the vaccines and premedicate with Benadryl. She also gave us Prednisolone to treat the reactions.
