I’m not sure if this is because of my social anxiety or audhd but I fear that people around me in public can hear the music I’m listening to, and judge my taste. This happens whenever i’m out somewhere.

Sometimes, I briefly take one of my earpods out to check if it’s loud enough for people to hear from them. Sometimes, checking my phone to make sure they’re still connected.

My anxiety over this has reached a point that when i’m walking past someone I pause my music.

Does anyone else get this kind of anxiety?
