hopefully some of you technical gurus can help me troubleshoot. I’m seeking insight, not trying to make a sale.

I'm getting a 10% return rate on an e-bike headlight kit on Amazon, and buyers keep saying "doesn't fit" but they won't specify their bike model.

It is designed to be plug-and-play for:

✅ Sur Ron LB/LBX/LBS

✅ Segway X160/X260

✅ Talaria Sting MX3/MX4/MX5

✅ E Ride Pro series

✅ Ventus ONE+

✅ Rerode R1

I already know it does not fit the Talaria XXX or the Sur Ron L1E.

The kit includes both square and oval adapter for the standard connectors. It uses a U-style bracket mount that generally fits most moto-style forks.

Does anybody know of common e-moto variants, newer model years, or popular mods (like different forks) where the standardized wiring harnesses or mounting areas might cause compatibility issues?

I’m trying to accurately update my fitment list to avoid frustrating buyers. Any mechanic insight or rider feedback would be incredibly helpful. Thanks
