Is this a good plan?
I'm new to Texas. Will be leasing a 1 bed apt (700 sq ft). This also includes TDU ($0.049 + $4.90). I was estimating my costs and it would be ~$63 if I use 500 kwh.
(0.066 + 0.049)*500 + 4.90 = $63. Is my math right?
