Hi all,

Starting my search for a 2bd with an in unit washer/dryer in Brooklyn. Budget is about 3600 (total). I really want to prioritize a spot where I know my landlord (hopefully a native nyer) vs just paying property management company.

Pretty open location-wise (would love bushwick, bed-study, ridgewood, crown heights),but ideally looking for a unit in a multi-family home or duplex. This would be for a July 1 move in, and looking for a two year lease.
