What fish would you recommend for this tank? iv never kept fish and whatever you recommend ill obviously research well and prepare the tank properly ( i was told this tank was too small to keep amphibians sadly )

What inverts would you recommend for either of these tanks

Would either of these be big enough to house a bearded dragon?

Im never housed any amphibians but i have this tank from years ago and i was wondering what amphibians you’d recommend i could keep as a beginner!
