Living in a warehouse photo studio in London?

So I’m a photographer just starting to develop my practice and this might be a bit extreme, but I wonder if it’s possible to live in a warehouse space that people usually use for photo studios? I’ve found offers starting around £100pw. The biggest problem would be an absence of a shower, but if I get a gym membership I could shower there and it would give me more reason to work out lol. Just wondering what other’s thoughts in this are. Thank you!

Fist home scan - light spots and more

Hey! So I’ve just scanned my first roll at home and there are some imperfections. This was a 120 roll of Portra 400 and I scanned it with valoi’s holder and CS lite + mirrorless camera with nikon 55mm f3.5 at f11.

There’s regular dust, even though I was using an air blower right before each scan. But there are also these random lighter spots that look like flares but they aren’t.

Another thing is there’s this light green patch on her hair, I only noticed it in one frame.

And finally, I’m not sure I achieved critical focus on the grain. I feel like it should be sharper, but maybe I’m wrong.

Let me know if you have any ideas how to fix these issues!
