Hello, can you please help me identify the song in this YouTube video. Start: 14:52 End: 16:23

It was so nice to hear but I am unable to find it, I tried Google song search and even pasted parts of lyrics in search and AI mode, I was not able to find.

One of the comments mentions it is in Desh raag, so I thought this sub would be best place to find answer.
