its been almost a year since i got circumcision, and the foreskin appeared after wound swelling from circumcision. (the doctor said it was normal)

Now when its flaccid, it covers almost (or sometimes) the tip of the penis but never really covers all

When its erect, it doesnt reach the penis at all. But the excess skin is still kinda ovbious from the bottom part of the penis.

I've made research about this topic and found out i might need another surgery. Should i be worried?

So, the type of flip phone im looking for is something that can run apps like facebook and messenger (which is crucial to me because i need it for school). It also has to be 4g because 3g is shutting down in my country.. (also carrier unlocked)

Any recommendations?
