I've heard that lately supplementals are moving pretty quickly in comparison to other claim types... Has anyone had one recently that can give a ballpark answer on how long it took? Thank you all

I try to keep my rest intervals short at 60-90 seconds when I do kettlebell training, usually I shoot for anywhere between 6-10 rounds. Today I did the full 10.
