I got the Elias boots recently in size 9. I had tried the 8.5 first but it was too tight and exchanged for a 9 which felt perfect.
I’ve had the boots for 2 weeks or so now, worn them almost everyday.
But whenever I walk I hear an air squishing sound from the heel, I’ve even sat down and pushed and pulled on the heel and it still makes that sound.
I’ve contacted CS and they said to try an instep tongue but that didn’t work.

Anyone else has had this problem, does it go away has I break the boot in more?
