What do you guys use and why?

I've been using LUX with ENB all my life.But now I'm recreating my load order.

but recently I switched to Community Shaders.

There's too many lighting overhauls and I'm so overwhelmed.

and I'm sure these are not the only lighting overhauls lol

EDIT: Why is lux not using skypatcher for its patches?

I'm to scared to use this because of the patching nightmare.

Are there any bite sized mods out there that does similar things?

Update NPC package, More Markers in places, etc etc to make NPC not be so "robotic"

Aside form Dialogue mods like JobiwanUK, etc.

Honestly i only need the "NPCs wont sell to you if they don't like you" feature

Okay so NPC voice is okay when facing them. (180 degrees)
But when I look away it's almost dead silent.

I don't remember it being like this before?

I have a SPEAKER, set to Stereo, never had this problem before.

Anyway to fix it?

The only sound mod I have is NPC Dialogue Audio Enhancer

Example : Ysolda wears blue dress
Tomorrow she wears red. etc

SPID is older and Skypatcher is abit newer.

What are the pros and cons?

Also, are there any other frameworks/tools like these ?

Really trying to gimp myself with mods that make me so broke...
maybe there are mods to increase requirements? Example :

Iron battle axe - 4x iron ingont - 2x leather, - 1x wood
Enchanting - Need 2 soul gems of the same type maybe?
Alchemy - need 2 of each ingredient
