Summer shred mode engaged!
With Summer almost upon us, think I’m looking not too bad for being 54! What do you all think, any areas needing extra work?

Last training day of the week, have connect with so many nice people since my post yesterday, so thought I’d share some more joy and post again today’s

Well, we’re now into May and Summer is fast approaching, so time to get holiday ready for 2026! Can’t say it gets any easier especially at 54! But consistency pays off…..well I think so!
