How much protein should I be aiming for a day? How about how many steps should I be aiming to walk a day?

I am seeing things that range from 1 gram per kg to 1 gram per lb.

Also, how do I balance walking enough for adequate blood flow and not walking enough to burn fat?

Surgeon estimated amount of fat he could liposuction was double of what he actually could liposuction. Is this normal?

I went to a surgeon whose specialty is liposuction and his average amount of fat he transfers is 200-300cc per breast. After an in-person consultation, we did a body scan which showed my height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle percentage, etc. He pinched my fat and saw my body obviously and he stated that he will be able to get over 200cc per breast.

However after surgery he only put in 125cc per breast and stated he misjudged how much usable fat I had. I know that the original 200+cc was just an estimate, but the estimate is double of what reality was. Is this normal for the estimate to be so off sometimes?

I only got liposuction on my abdomen 360 and arms because of the original estimate, now I am just feeling a lot of regret that I didn't also get my inner thighs or even went to a different surgeon. I just am not sure if spending so much money and all this recovery time is worth only 125cc of fat.

I am 57.2kg (126lb), 163cm (5'3), with 21.5% body fat.

Post-op question for fat retention

When jiggling is unavoidable (i.e., cleaning, long car rides, sex) is it better to wear a loose sports bra or no tight clothing at all and just accept the jiggling?

Or is both so bad that these activities should be avoided for the whole three months?

Surgeon injected in only about half the amount of fat that he said he expected to add. Why might this be?

*edit* He said that he misjudged how much usable fat I had to inject

I have reached out and asked but it is a weekend and I won't hear back for a couple days. I am dwelling over this a lot so wondering if anyone had any theories.

I am 57.2kg (126lb) and 163cm (5'3) with 21.9% body fat, starting as a 32B. I got abdomen 360 and arm lipo with fat grafting to the breasts. The surgeon told me his average that he normally injects is 200-300cc, but since I am a thin patient it would be over 200cc. I felt satisfied with the 200cc, so decided not to get lipo in my inner thighs as well.

However, after surgery he told me that he only added in 125cc per breast. I feel so sad about this because that is so little.

Why might have been the case? I am low key hoping to hear back on Monday that it was a typo and he meant 225cc.

I thought we were supposed to hear if we were accepted or not mid April. However, I haven't heard back. Maybe if you were not accepted they don't contact you? Or are they behind on assessing the applicants?

I am just feeling anxious that he realized on the surgery table that I didn't have adequate fat so he took from my hips. I really like the fat on my hips so I would be so sad if that is the case.

Or could the localized hip pain/numbness be due to the lower back lipo?

I notice one calendula point in my butt crack. I am not sure where the other ones are on my abdomen/back because I can't take the bandage off yet.

Specifically I did:

  • Rejuran
  • Potenza + Juvelook
  • Pico laser
  • Genisys laser

I also have very sensitive skin (easily damaged skin barrier which makes me super acne prone). The doctor said it wasn't too much to do all these sessions at once (even with my sensitive skin), but google is making me think that this is way too much to do at once. Now I am worried I may break out like crazy or end up with some negative results. Or that the treatments would have worked more efficiently if I spaced them out.

Is it normal for people to stack treatments like that? Even if you have sensitive skin?

Normally if I develop a cold I can fight it off within 24 hours with mega doses of vitamin C and Zinc, but I was told by my surgeon to avoid these supplements one week before surgery.

I tried to reach out to my surgery clinic but they are closed for the long weekend.

I will be spending the day in Hongdae on May 2nd and want to get a lash lift and eyebrow lamination, but want to know if I should sort out an appointment ahead of time or if there is enough places that I should be able to get in with a drop in?

I am looking for a dermatologist who is very knowledgeable about skin and doesn't upsell.

I have very difficult acne prone skin that easily has impaired barrier when I use many different products or treatments.

I have been to multiple dermatologists in my home city, but with no help. I had perfect skin until I misused tretinoin over two years ago and my skin has never recovered. I am hoping I can find someone very knowledgeable in Korea who will listen to my concerns and take my seriously as well as help me get my old skin back with products or treatments.
