With the looks of the current job market for software developers, how hard is it to shift to a different job?

I’m a web developer and seeing how hard it is to apply for jobs currently I was wondering if there is good paths to shift to, with higher chances of being hired? I have thought of Elektroniker but I’m not sure how deep I’ll have to learn or if they hire people with barely-to no knowledge. Or if you have any other path suggestions, I’m all ears.
