I’m curious if there are any other 6 month olds whose sleep looks similar. I don’t mind the night wakes because she is able to fall back asleep quickly, but her total sleep and the short naps have me worried.
She is in daycare but they do not do set nap times, they follow the babies cues and their own schedules in the infant room.
I’m trying to connect with other parents whose babies aren’t hitting all their milestones and trying to navigate the medical system and make decisions. Everything online just defaults to “talk to your pediatrician” but of course your pediatrician isn’t able to answer every little question that comes up each day! My baby has been assessed by PT as having gross motor delays, and apps like solid starts say she isn’t ready for solids yet but her daycare teachers say she’ll be more behind if she doesn’t start them now… it’s hard to figure out what to do! Anyone else in this boat?
Edited to add the that she has been assessed by PT as having low muscle tone and significant gross motor delays (head lag, not rolling, not sitting).
