24m I’m really struggling to gain weight the picture below I’ve gone back to the beginning so I’ve lost all the weight any advice please?
I don’t want to track calories since I did that for a year I went from 49kg to 64kg now I’m back at 50kg I got obsessed with the numbers and wasn’t looking at food for what it was so any tips or advice where I can gain weight in a healthy way that won’t destroy how I think about food
