Hey guys! I won the Gates Scholarship and I would LOVE to go to the Summer Institute, but the virtual conference is on the same day as my big concert day, where I will be performing in five different ensembles. I cannot miss these performances. If you won the Gates Scholarship in the past and attended the Summer Institute, can you tell me how the virtual conference went? When you attend it, is it required to have cameras on and is there a lot of participation required? Thank you!
