If you leave a kingdom as a vassal can you return later to join again?

Exactly as title. My reason to ask:

My Character is Aserai culture. I want to join them but only after they have lost a lot of lands so i might get some good fiefs for myself. So my plan is to join the southern empire, likely as a full vassal eventually so i can command armies and conquer. But ultimately I want to swear fealty to the Aserai as i prepare to become independent eventually and get their clans on my side.

I know you get a nice item for becoming a Vassal, once per playthrough for your first kingdom you join. I want the Aserai nice horse gift that i have not yet seen.

So my plan is; Join Aserai as a vassal & get gift & leave -> Join Southern empire -> Conquer most of aserai lands -> Rejoin Aserai as full vassal again.

I've seen online this is possible you just need high relations to rejoin. has anyone experienced this before 1st hand and can verify?

BUG: Dwarf campaign - You lose 1 high decree over end turn on turn 1

As Belegar Ironhammer you begin the game with 2 high king decrees. When you end the turn and begin turn 2 you now have 1. I've done his start about 10 times lately and it always happens.

You get 1 as base as a dwarf then his faction effect is +1. This sucks and annoys the hell out of me in a campaign that is challenging enough on L/VH.

CA please fix this! It's been in the game for well over a year and seems to effect Thorgrim too. https://community.creative-assembly.com/total-war/total-war-warhammer/bugs/5597-thorgrim-grudgebearer-loses-1-high-king-s-decree-on-ending-turn-1

I havent tested if it still in in the Thorgrim campaign or other dwaves.

GOING IN THE BOOK!!!!
