HELP! I got a job offer at Bluelink CZ, but I’ve read really bad stuff about the company
I’ve been offered a job at Bluelink CZ, it pays 40k czk (+productivity and quality bonuses).
I moved from Spain 4 months ago and the truth is that I’m struggling to find a job here in Prague, even with my 4 years of experience in Administration and billing and currently studying Czech.
When I was offered the job at Bluelink I was happy for being able to at least get some money (even though 40k is not that much tbh).
But I’ve been reading some nasty stuff about the company, about how toxic the work environment is and even some cases of harassment (which as a girl is the most alarming part).
I’m now thinking if I should take it or not. On one hand I can just be there until I secure another job, but on the other, if it’s as bad as they say, I don’t think I want to go through that.
