My current setup for my softmodded Wii uses Component cables from the Wii to a RetroTink 2X Pro, which then sends the signal through an HDMI-to-Composite converter to my CRT TV.

It sounds a bit silly, but that is how I am setup at the current moment. I noticed that text is hard to read, and I know that text on my S-Video SNES with the same CRT is much more legible. So, I come here for advice, what do you all think? I just got the component cables for use on modern displays, but am now thinking that I may have to buy an S-Video cable for direct connection to my CRT TV in order to have better picture quality. Not sure what I should do in this situation.

Is anyone else having an issue trying to start a return? I get to the "Please select a reason for your return" page, I select "defective", and after that no matter which browser I use or device I use all I get is an error page that says "It's not you it's us" and nothing else...no way to continue my return.

I even tried calling customer service and an AI bot emailed me a link to start my return, and that link lead me right into the "It's not you it's us" error page again without any way to continue my return. I have been trying every day for a week, and still can not get my return started. It's frustrating. I don't want my return window to close before I can return this defective item. Does anyone have a solution, or know how to get a real person on the phone to process my return?
