Photo 1 is from 2 years ago, and photo 2 is today. What do you think about this progression of thin hair on my crown? Got better or worse? MPB? My hairline is still intact. Curious about meds and need some advice. Nice one!

First photo was from 2 years ago, 2nd photo was today. Both taken with the exact same lighting, length and styling. Not sure if this is MPB, or something else. Can’t tell if it’s got better or worse, just need some advice on what you guys can see. Nice one !
