Readings out by 3.5 hours

since the clocks changed it appears my Intelligent tariff has been out by 3.5 hours, has anyone else experienced this before? all the usage spikes in the image are instances of the car charging and cross referencing with Ohme app are out by 3.5 hours.

I'm in work doing some admin on my break so I can't check the actual meter right now.

Additionally in my most recent bill I am missing multiple instances of the reduced tariff while car was charging (cross referenced with Ohme app). Does this happen to anyone else? should I be checking over the bill each month with a fine tooth comb?

I have emailed octopus, hopefully it gets resolved quickly and easily but wanted to see if there are others with similar experience that can put my mind at ease and/or advise how to proceed.
